“Have A Dream”, theme of the scheme, is uphold by underprivileged children and youth coming from the New Territories West and North who have their graduation on 22 July 2018 at HKFYG M21. This is the 4th year to have this scheme and has subsidized more than 100 participants to learn music and visual arts in form of scholarship. This year, not only Zentangle and Circle Painting Visual Arts, western and Chinese musical instruments are learnt, but also the scheme Alumni and the Community based Orchestra serve back their community with their music and arts. To conclude their efforts and to show the appreciation, on their big day, the Yuen Long District Social Welfare Department District Officer Ms. Chu Wing Yin attended as the honorable guest and gave them words of encouragement.
